Show Less If you're new to retinoids (Retinol/Retinal):
For the first 2 weeks, apply every other night. Use a small amount (about 4mm) on areas of concern. If irritation occurs, reduce the amount and frequency of use. Pair with a soothing moisturizer to help calm the skin. The morning after using Retinal, be sure to apply sunscreen as the final step of your skincare routine to protect your skin.
Once your skin has adjusted:
From week 3, you can use it every evening. Apply an appropriate amount evenly over the entire face.
